Vice Chair Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.
H.B. 277 Statute of Limitations for Civil Actions (Rep. K. Ivory)
Rep. Ivory explained the bill to the committee, and provided a handout, "Cardozo Law".

MOTION: Rep. Snow moved to hold the bill. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. King and Rep. Stratton absent for the vote.
1st Sub. H.B. 109 Expungement of Administrative Action (Rep. B. Greene)
Rep. Greene explained 2nd Substitute H.B. 109 to the committee.
Spoke against the bill: Francine Giani, Executive Director, Department of Commerce
MOTION: Rep. Greene moved to replace 1st Substitute H.B. 109 with 2nd Substitute H. B. 109. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. King, Rep. Stratton and Rep. Christensen absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Cutler moved to hold the bill. The motion passed unanimously with Chair Christensen, Rep. King and Rep. Stratton absent for the vote.
S.B. 81 District Court Judge Amendments (Sen. S. Urquhart)
Rep. Snow explained the bill to the committee.
