Vice Chair Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m.

H.B. 366         Statute of Limitations for Sexual Offenses (Rep. K. Ivory)

Spoke for the bill:       Becky Ivory, citizen

                                    Britta Schugk, citizen

MOTION:     Rep. Stratton moved to hold the bill. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. King absent for the vote.

2nd Sub. S.B. 77        Adoption Records Access Amendments (Sen. T. Weiler)

Sen. Weiler explained the bill to the committee.

Spoke for the bill:       Laura Bunker, United Families International

MOTION:     Rep. Snow moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox and Rep. King absent for the vote.

1st Sub. H.B. 356      Parent and Child Amendments (Rep. L. Christensen)

At the request of the sponsor, the bill was not considered.

MOTION:     Rep. Cutler moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox and Rep. King absent for the vote.

Vice Chair Nelson adjourned the meeting at 9:32 a.m.
