Vice Chair Roberts called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to approve the minutes of the February 20, 2015. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Eliason, Rep. McIff, and Rep. Redd absent for the vote.
H.B. 311 Private Investigator and Bail Recovery Licensure Amendments (Rep. C. Oda)
Rep Oda explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to pass H.B. 311 out with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Eliason and Rep. McIff absent for the vote.
H.B. 283 Media Production Vehicle Exemption (Rep. D. McCay)
Rep. McCay explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to pass H.B. 283 out with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Eliason and Rep. McIff absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Redd moved to place H.B. 283 on the consent calendar. The motion failed with Rep. Tanner voting in opposition. Rep. Eliason and Rep. McIff were absent for the vote.
H.B. 292 Emergency Medical Service Providers Amendments (Rep. D. McCay)
