H.B. 428 Online Parenting Course for Divorcing Parties (Rep. C. Moss)
Rep. Moss explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. McIff, Rep. Peterson, and Rep. Roberts absent for the vote.
Chair Ipson relinquished the Chair to Vice Chair Roberts.
