Vice Chair Sagers called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Brown moved to approve the minutes of the January 29, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Noel, Rep. Powell, and Rep. Schultz absent for the vote.
H.B. 132 Interstate Compact on Transfer of Public Lands Amendments (Rep. K. Stratton)
Rep. Stratton explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Brown moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Briscoe, Rep. Noel, Rep. Powell, and Rep. Perry absent for the vote.
H.B. 159 Off-highway Husbandry Vehicle Amendments (Rep. S. Sandall)
