Vice Chair Sagers called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m.
Martina Barnes, Utah State Liaison, United States Forest Service, announced a meeting with Nora Rasure, Regional Forester for the Intermountain Region, on February 9, 2015, in Room 415 of the State Capitol, and extended an invitation to the representatives to attend.

SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Rep. Perry moved to replace H.B. 104 with 1st Sub. H.B. 104. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 64 was not considered.
MOTION: Rep. McKell moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed with Rep. Duckworth voting in opposition.
