Chair Perry called the meeting to order at 8:12 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Handy moved to approve the minutes of the February 23, 2015 and February 25, 2015 meetings. The motion was approved unanimously with Rep. Briscoe, Rep. Draxler, Rep. Powell, Rep. Sagers, and Rep. Schultz absent for the vote.
