Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 4:22 p.m.

MOTION:       Rep. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2015, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Coleman, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep Ipson, Rep. Miller, Rep. Thurston, and Rep. Powell absent for the vote.

S.B. 58              Municipal and County Officials Attendance At School District Board Meetings (Sen. W. Harper) (Rep. R. Cunningham)

Sen. Harper explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:       Rep. Anderson moved to replace S.B. 58 with 1st Substitute S.B. 58. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Powell, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Ipson absent for the vote.

MOTION:       Rep. Pitcher moved to pass 1st Substitute S.B. 58 out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Poulson voting in opposition. Rep. Powell, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Ipson were absent for the vote.

H.B. 251           Amendments to the Interlocal Act (Rep. Johnny Anderson)

Rep. Anderson explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:       Rep. Pitcher moved to replace H.B. 251 with 1st Substitute H.B. 251. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Powell, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Ipson absent for the vote.

MOTION:       Rep. Pitcher moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 251 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Powell, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Ipson absent for the vote.

MOTION:       Rep. Anderson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Powell, Rep. Dunnigan, and Rep. Ipson absent for the vote.
