Chair Ivory called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Christofferson moved to approve the minutes of March 5, 2015. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Miller absent for the vote.
1st Sub. S.B. 216 High Cost Infrastructure Tax Credits (Sen. R. Okerlund)
Sen. Okerlund explained the bill with the assistance of Steve Styler, Governor's Rural Partnership Board.

Spoke against the bill: George Chapman, Self
Rep. Ivory relinquished the Chair to Vice Chair Handy.
MOTION: Rep. Christofferson moved to pass S.B. 216 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Edwards and Rep. Ivory absent for the vote.
S.B. 228 Emergency Order Amendments (Sen. R. Okerlund)
Sen. Okerlund explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Arent moved to pass S.B. 228 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Edwards and Rep. Ivory absent for the vote.
