Vice Chair Anderegg called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.

 

MOTION:       Rep. Cunningham moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow and Rep. DiCaro absent for the vote.

 

S.B. 96              Safety Inspection Revisions (Sen. W. Harper)

 

Sen. Harper explained the bill to the committee.

 

MOTION:       Rep. Cunningham moved to pass S.B. 96 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

 

MOTION:       Rep. Cunningham moved to place S.B. 96 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

 

 

 

 

H.C.R. 4           Concurrent Resolution Recognizing the 2015 Parliament of the World's Religions (Rep. S. Hollins)

 

Rep. Hollins explained the resolution to the committee.

H.B. 275           Highway Designation Amendments (Rep. J. Fawson)

 

Rep. Fawson explained the bill to the committee and introduced members of the Military Order of the Purple Heart: Jay Wells, Dee Gibson, Thomas Montez, Van Sessions, and Frank Maughan. He also recognized Glen Bear Smith and Dennis Holland from Post 1079 Vietnam Veterans of America.
