8     LONG TITLE
9     General Description:
10          This bill modifies the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act.
11     Highlighted Provisions:
12          This bill:
13          ▸     removes the Worker Classification Coordinated Enforcement Act from the
14     Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act; and
15          ▸     makes technical changes.

24     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25          Section 1. Section 63I-1-234 is amended to read:
26          63I-1-234. Repeal dates, Titles 34 and 34A.
27          [(1) Title 34, Chapter 47, Worker Classification Coordinated Enforcement Act, is
28     repealed July 1, 2016.]
29          [(2)] (1) Section 34A-2-202.5 is repealed December 31, 2020.
30          [(3)] (2) Section 34A-2-705 and Subsection 59-9-101(2)(c)(iv) are repealed July 1,
31     2018.
32          [(4)] (3) Section 34A-2-213, Coordination of benefits with health benefit plan --
33     Timely payment of claims, is repealed July 1, 2018.
