22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Section 76-6-1410 is enacted to read:
24 76-6-1410. Sale of copper wire.
25 (1) A dealer shall hold any form of copper wire for three business days after the dealer
26 purchases or otherwise accepts the copper wire.
27 (2) A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
