21     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
23          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for R307-230, Environmental
24     Quality, Air Quality, NOx Emission Limits for Natural Gas-Fired Water Heaters.
