H.B. 185         Deception Detection Examiners Licensing Amendments (Rep. F. Gibson)

SUBSTITUTE MOTION:   Rep. Anderegg moved to amend H.B. 132 as follows:

 

1.    Page 1, Lines 13 through 14:   

 

13         prohibits a municipality from requiring a license for certain businesses;  and 

14    {  ►            prohibits a municipality from transmitting information about certain businesses; and  }

 

2.    Page 6, Lines 168 through 172:      

 

168 (7) The municipality {  :

169 (a)   } shall transmit the information from each approved business license application to

170the county assessor within 60 days following the approval of the application {  [  } . {  ]  } {  ; and  }

171  {  (b) may not transmit to the county or other government entity any information

172regarding a business that is not required to be licensed under this section.  }
