Chair Draxler called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.


MOTION:     Rep. Grover moved to approve the minutes of the March 4, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Cox, Rep. Nelson, Rep. Perry, Rep. Sanpei, and Rep. Daw absent for the vote.

 

2nd Sub. S.B. 176      Office of the State Board of Education Employment Amendments (Sen. H. Stephenson)


Sen. Stephenson explained the bill assisted by Angie Stallings, Utah State Office of Education, Associate Superintendent.

S.B. 204          Free Market Protection and Privatization Board Act Amendments (Sen. H. Stephenson)
