Vice Chair Spendlove called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m.

H.B. 245         Local Health Department Amendments (Rep. B. Dee)

Rep. Dee explained the H.B. 245 to the committee with the assistance of Cathy Dupont, Associate General Counsel, Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel.

MOTION:     Rep. Redd moved to pass H.B. 245 our favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Thurston moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Vice Chair Spendlove adjourned the meeting at 2:25 p.m.
