Chair Christensen called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.
H.B 118: Public Access of Administrative Action Amendments (B. Greene)
Rep. Greene explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Greene moved to replace H.B.118 with 1st Substitute H.B. 118. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall and Rep. Stratton absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Greene moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B.118 as follows:
1. Page 3, Lines 59 through 61:
59administrative disciplinary action from public access on the state-controlled website, if:
60 (a) (i) five years have passed since:
61 (A) the date the final order was issued; or

MOTION: Rep. Cox moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B.118 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall and Rep. Stratton absent for the vote.
H.B. 207 Fourth District Juvenile Court Judge (D. Sanpei)
Rep. Sanpei explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Rick Schwermer, Utah Courts.
The handout "Utah State Courts" was distributed to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Snow moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hall and Rep. Stratton absent for the vote.
H.B. 101: Disabled Adult Guardianship Amendments (F. Cox)
Rep. Cox explained the bill to the committee.
