Vice Chair Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
H.B. 405 Juvenile Sentencing Amendments (V. L. Snow)
Rep. Snow explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of James Dold, Campaign for the Fair Sentencing of Youth.

MOTION: Rep. Snow moved to replace H.B. 405 with 2nd Substitute H.B.405. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Stratton and Rep. Wheatley absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Cutler moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Stratton and Rep. Wheatley absent for the vote.
