Vice Chair Roberts called the meeting to order at 3:42 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to approve the minutes of February 2, 2016, and February 3, 2016. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Eliason, Rep. Ray, and Rep. Redd absent for the vote.
H.B. 263 Fraud Amendments (Rep. C. Hall)
Rep. Hall explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Wayne Jones, Office of the Attorney General.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to pass H.B. 263 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Ray and Rep. Redd absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Eliason moved to place H.B. 263 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Ray and Rep. Redd absent for the vote.
H.B. 206 Human Trafficking Safe Harbor Amendments (Rep. A. Romero)
MOTION: Rep. Romero moved to replace H.B. 206 with 1st Substitute H.B. 206. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Ray and Rep. Redd absent for the vote.
Rep. Romero explained 1st Substitute H.B. 206 to the committee.

H.B. 260 Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Amendments (Rep. F. Gibson)
Rep. Gibson explained H.B. 260 to the committee with the assistance of Sean Hullinger.
MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 2, Line 50:
50 (c) any employee of a court { or an agency } who may be required to view child
The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Eliason, Rep. Redd, and Rep. Romero absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to pass H.B. 260 out favorably, as amended. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Ipson moved to place H.B. 260 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
