Chair Ipson called the meeting to order at 8:04 a.m.
H.B. 404 Crime Victim Restitution Amendments (Rep. B. Wilson)
Rep. Wilson explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to replace H.B. 404 with 1st Substitute H.B. 404. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Ray and Rep. Romero absent for the vote.
