Chair Perry called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.
H.B. 84 Wildlife Amendments (Rep. M. McKell)
Rep. McKell explained the bill to the committee with the assistance of Gregory Sheehan, Director, Division of Wildlife Resources.
MOTION: Rep. McKell moved to replace HB84 with 1st Sub. HB84. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Briscoe and Rep. Noel absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Duckworth moved to pass 1st Sub. HB84 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Briscoe and Rep. Sagers absent for the vote.
H.B. 161 Agriculture Parcel Amendments (Rep. M. McKell)
Rep. McKell explained the bill to the committee.

Rep. Hemingway explained the bill to the committee. Fred Hayes, Director, Division of Parks and Recreation, and Terry Schow, retired Director, Utah Department of Veterans Affairs, answered questions from the committee.
