Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.

MOTION:       Rep. Hemingway moved to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2016, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Coleman and Rep Pitcher absent for the vote.

H.B. 320           Metro Township Revisions (Rep. L. Christensen)

Rep. Christensen explained the bill to the committee and provided a handout: "Association of Community Councils Together".

                                       Gary Bowen, Citizen

MOTION:       Rep. Thurston moved to pass H.B. 320 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Pitcher absent for the vote.

MOTION:       Rep. Thurston moved to place H.B. 320 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

H.J.R. 10          Joint Resolution Authorizing the Lease of a Portion of the Utah State Developmental Center's Land (Rep. M. Kennedy)

Rep. Kennedy explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:       Rep. Thurston moved to pass H.J.R. 10 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:       Rep. Thurston moved to place H.J.R. on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:       Rep. Poulson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
