Vice Chair Handy called the meeting to order at 4:44 p.m.

MOTION:                 Rep. Hemingway moved to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2016 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Sen. Harper explained the bill.

MOTION:                 Rep. Hemingway moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:                 Rep. Hemingway moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Vice Chair Handy adjourned the meeting at 4:56 p.m.
