Vice Chair Knotwell called the meeting to order at 12:16 p.m.

H.R. 2 House Resolution -- Rules Committee Process (Rep. M. Noel)

Rep. Noel explained the resolution to the committee.

Mr. Douglas Foxley, Utah Media Coalition, spoke for the bill.

MOTION:     Rep. King moved to pass H.R. 2 out with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Knotwell moved to place H.R. 2 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Moss moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and the Vice Chair adjourned the meeting at 12:25 p.m.
