Vice Chair Anderegg called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Westwood moved to approve the minutes of the March 1, 2016, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow, Rep. Cunningham, Rep. DiCaro, Rep. Draxler, and Rep. Moss absent for the vote.
H.B. 448 Airport Fee Amendments (Rep. D. Owens)
Rep. Owens explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Westwood moved to pass H.B. 448 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow absent for the vote.

H.B. 415 Motor Vehicle Accident Cost Recovery (Rep. Johnny Anderson)
