8 General Description:
9 This bill modifies the responsibilities of the Division of Occupational and Professional
10 Licensing (DOPL).
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 ▸ modifies the authority of DOPL to issue licenses to persons who have been
14 previously licensed in another state, district, or territory of the United States or in
15 another country; and
16 ▸ makes technical changes.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Section 58-1-302 is amended to read:
27 58-1-302. License by endorsement.
28 (1) [

29 license without examination to a person who has been licensed in a state, district, or territory of

31 (a) the division determines the education, experience, and examination requirements
