9          The Economic Development and Workforce Services Interim Committee recommended
10     this bill.
11     General Description:
12          This bill modifies provisions of the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act.
13     Highlighted Provisions:
14          This bill:
15          ▸     extends the sunset date of certain statutory provisions related to the Department of
16     Workforce Services sharing certain information with the Wage and Hour Division
17     of the United States Department of Labor.

26     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
27          Section 1. Section 63I-1-235 is amended to read:
28          63I-1-235. Repeal dates, Title 35A.
29          (1) Subsection 35A-4-312(5)(p) is repealed July 1, [2017] 2019.
30          (2) Title 35A, Chapter 5, Part 4, Career and Technical Education Board, is repealed
31     July 1, 2018.
