7     LONG TITLE
8     General Description:
9          This bill modifies reporting requirements of the LeRay McAllister Critical Land
10     Conservation Program.
11     Highlighted Provisions:
12          This bill:
13          ▸     requires the Quality Growth Commission to provide an annual written report to the
14     Infrastucture and General Government Appropriations Subcommittee; and
15          ▸     makes technical changes.

24     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25          Section 1. Section 11-38-304 is amended to read:
26          11-38-304. Commission to report annually.
27          The commission shall submit an annual report to the [Executive Offices and Criminal
28     Justice] Infrastructure and General Government Appropriations Subcommittee:
29          (1) specifying the amount of each disbursement from the program;
30          (2) identifying the recipient of each disbursement and describing the project for which
31     money was disbursed; and
32          (3) detailing the conditions, if any, placed by the commission on disbursements from
33     the program.
