Chair Noel called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Watkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 24 (a.m.), 2017 meeting. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Peterson was absent for the vote.

Chair Noel presented a list of bills and resolutions to be assigned to standing committees.

MOTION:     Rep. Chavez-Houck moved to assign H.J.R. 16, Joint Resolution on Service Animals (Rep. R. Chavez-Houck), to the House Health & Human Services Standing Committee. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Fawson moved to transfer S.B. 161, Bullying and Hazing Amendments (Sen. L. Escamilla) (Rep. S. Eliason), from the House Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice Standing Committee to the House Education Standing Committee. The motion was withdrawn.

MOTION:     Rep. Stanard moved to adopt the list of bills and resolutions to be assigned to standing committees as amended. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Moss moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and Chair Noel adjourned the meeting at 4:02 p.m.
