7     LONG TITLE
8     General Description:
9          This bill removes a repeal date.
10     Highlighted Provisions:
11          This bill:
12          ▸     removes a repeal date that would modify the definition of "governmental nonprofit
13     corporation"; and
14          ▸     makes technical changes.

23     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24          Section 1. Section 63I-2-211 is amended to read:
25          63I-2-211. Repeal dates -- Title 11.
26          [(1) (a) On July 1, 2019, Subsection 11-13a-102(4)(b) is repealed.]
27          [(b) When repealing Subsection 11-13a-102(4)(b), the Office of Legislative Research
28     and General Counsel shall, in addition to the office's authority under Subsection 36-12-12(3),
29     make necessary changes to subsection numbering and cross references.]
30          [(2)] Title 11, Chapter 53, Residential Property Reimbursement, is repealed on January
31     1, 2020.
