26     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
27          Section 1. Section 63I-1-213 is amended to read:
28          63I-1-213. Repeal dates, Title 13.
29          Title 13, Chapter 51, Part 2, Transportation Network Vehicle Recovery Fund, is
30     repealed on July 1, [2018] 2023.
