9 This bill enacts provisions related to the name of Route 6.

20 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
21 Section 1. Section 72-4-218 is enacted to read:
22 72-4-218. Grand Army of the Republic Highway.
23 (1) There is established the Grand Army of the Republic Highway composed of the
24 existing Route 6 within the state.
25 (2) In addition to other official designations, the Department of Transportation shall
26 designate the highway identified in Subsection (1) as the Grand Army of the Republic Highway
27 on future state highway maps.
