Chair Noel called the meeting to order at 10:54 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Watkins moved to approve the minutes of the February 23 (p.m.), 2018 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Noel presented a list of bills and resolutions to be assigned to standing committees.

MOTION:     Rep. Hawkes moved to adopt the list of bills to be assigned to standing committees. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Moss moved to adjourn. The motion was withdrawn.

MOTION:     Rep. Peterson moved to recommend that H.B. 458, Jail Beds Amendments (Rep. M. Noel), be lifted from the House Business & Labor Standing Committee and transferred to the House Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice Committee. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:     Rep. Watkins moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously and Chair Noel adjourned the meeting at 10:56 a.m.
