8     LONG TITLE
9     General Description:
10          This bill modifies provisions related to the Division of Occupational and Professional
11     Licensing (DOPL).
12     Highlighted Provisions:
13          This bill:
14          ▸     allows DOPL to offer required examinations in languages in addition to English.

23     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24          Section 1. Section 58-1-310 is enacted to read:
25          58-1-310. Required examinations in languages in addition to English.
26          Ĥ→ [(1)] ←Ĥ In order to encourage economic development in the state in accordance with
27     Subsection 63G-1-201(4)(e), the department may offer any required examination under this
28     title, which is prepared by a national testing organization, in languages in addition to English.
29          Ĥ→ [(2) The division may adopt rules necessary to implement provisions of this section in
30     accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.] ←Ĥ
