9 General Description:
10 This joint resolution of the Legislature approves the appointment of Kade R. Minchey
11 as legislative auditor general.
12 Highlighted Provisions:
13 This resolution:
14 ▸ approves the appointment of Kade R. Minchey as legislative auditor general for a
15 six-year term.

19 Be it resolved by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
20 WHEREAS, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 36-12-7, the Legislative
21 Management Committee has recommended the appointment of Mr. Kade R. Minchey as
22 legislative auditor general for the Utah Legislature; and
23 WHEREAS, the appointment of Mr. Kade R. Minchey in this position for a term of
24 office of six years beginning May 14, 2019, is subject to further approval of a majority vote of
25 both the House of Representatives and the Senate:
26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Legislature of the state of Utah that
27 the appointment of Mr. Kade R. Minchey as legislative auditor general for the Utah Legislature
28 be approved for a six-year term of office beginning May 14, 2019.
