24     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25          Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
26          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized Ŝ→ [except for the following:
27     R884-24P-33(6)(g)(iv)(B)(II), Tax Commission, Property Tax, 2019 Personal Property☆
28     ☆Valuation Guides and Schedules Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 59-2-301] ←Ŝ .
29          Section 2. Effective date.
30          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
31     on May 1, 2019.
