7     LONG TITLE
8     General Description:
9          This bill repeals provisions related to title insurance.
10     Highlighted Provisions:
11          This bill:
12          ▸     repeals provisions of the Insurance Code that prohibit title business referrals from
13     certain persons who have a financial interest in the title insurance entity to which
14     the person refers the title business.
