8     General Description:
9          This bill addresses the Children's Hearing Aid Program.
10     Highlighted Provisions:
11          This bill:
12          ▸     extends the repeal date for the Children's Hearing Aid Program.

22     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23          Section 1. Section 63I-1-226 is amended to read:
24          63I-1-226. Repeal dates, Title 26.
25          (1) Section 26-1-40 is repealed July 1, 2022.
26          (2) Title 26, Chapter 9f, Utah Digital Health Service Commission Act, is repealed July
27     1, 2025.
28          (3) Section 26-10-11 is repealed July 1, [2020] 2025.
29          (4) Subsection 26-18-417(3) is repealed July 1, 2020.

30          (5) Subsection 26-18-418(2), the language that states "and the Mental Health Crisis
31     Line Commission created in Section 63C-18-202" is repealed July 1, 2023.
32          [(6) Section 26-18-419.1 is repealed December 31, 2019.]
33          [(7)] (6) Title 26, Chapter 33a, Utah Health Data Authority Act, is repealed July 1,
34     2024.
35          [(8)] (7) Title 26, Chapter 36b, Inpatient Hospital Assessment Act, is repealed July 1,
36     2024.
37          [(9)] (8) Title 26, Chapter 36c, Medicaid Expansion Hospital Assessment Act, is
38     repealed July 1, 2024.
39          [(10)] (9) Title 26, Chapter 36d, Hospital Provider Assessment Act, is repealed July 1,
40     2024.
41          [(11)] (10) Title 26, Chapter 54, Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Fund and
42     Pediatric Neuro-Rehabilitation Fund, is repealed January 1, 2023.
43          [(12)] (11) Subsection 26-61a-108(2)(e)(i), related to the Native American Legislative
44     Liaison Committee, is repealed July 1, 2022.
45          [(13)] (12) Title 26, Chapter 63, Nurse Home Visiting Pay-for-Success Program, is
46     repealed July 1, 2026.
