8     General Description:
9          This bill repeals provisions of the Property Tax Act related to the assessment of taxable
10     property.
11     Highlighted Provisions:
12          This bill:
13          ▸     repeals certain authority of the State Tax Commission to adjust and equalize the
14     valuation of taxable property.

23     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24          Section 1. Repealer.
25          This bill repeals:
26          Section 59-2-212, Equalization of values -- Hearings.
