8     General Description:
9          This bill repeals the sunset date for provisions that allow a local district to secure
10     certain bonds with mineral lease payments.

23     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24          Section 1. Section 63I-1-211 is amended to read:
25          63I-1-211. Repeal dates, Title 11.
26          [(1) Section 11-14-308 is repealed December 31, 2020.]
27          [(2)] Title 11, Chapter 59, Point of the Mountain State Land Authority Act, is repealed
28     January 1, 2029.
