24 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
26 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for the following:
27 (1) R614-1-5.F, General Provisions, Adoption and Extension of Established Federal
28 Safety Standards and State of Utah General Safety Orders, Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019
29 (COVID-19); and
30 (2) the policy contained in Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Policy Number
31 09-01, requiring store employees to check the identification of every customer.
32 Section 2. Effective date.
33 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
34 on May 1, 2021.
