21 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22 Section 1. Section 72-4-220 is enacted to read:
23 72-4-220. Jordan Byrd Memorial Highway.
24 (1) There is established the Jordan Byrd Memorial Highway composed of SR-179 in
25 Tooele County.
26 (2) In addition to other official designations, the Utah Department of Transportation
27 shall designate the highway identified in Subsection (1) as the Jordan Byrd Memorial Highway
28 on future state highway maps.
29 (3) As soon as practicable, the Utah Department of Transportation shall install
30 appropriate signs along portions of highway indicating the designation as the Jordan Byrd
31 Memorial Highway as described in Subsection (1).
