12          This bill repeals certain provisions related to collection agencies.
13     Highlighted Provisions:
14          This bill:
15          ▸     repeals provisions related to collection agencies that:
16               •     require collection agencies to register with the Division of Corporations and
17     Commercial Code;
18               •     govern certain bond requirements for collection agencies;
19               •     require certain records related to registrations and bonds;
20               •     relate to violations and penalties of title provisions;
21               •     govern assignments of debts involving collection agencies; and
22               •     require certain registration forms and registration fees for collection agencies.

45          Section 12-1-5, Record of registrations and bonds -- Right of inspection.
46          Section 12-1-6, Violation of title -- Penalty.
47          Section 12-1-7, Exceptions.
48          Section 12-1-8, Designating and limiting activities as to assignments.
49          Section 12-1-9, Information void if no bond filed by collection agency.
50          Section 12-1-10, Applications -- Fees.
