9 This bill amends descriptions of certain highways under state jurisdiction.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 ▸ amends descriptions of the following roads, transferring jurisdiction to the state:
13 • SR-109; and
14 • SR-131; and
15 ▸ makes technical changes.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Section 72-4-116 is amended to read:
27 72-4-116. State highways -- SR-101 to SR-110.
28 State highways include:
29 (1) SR-101. From Wellsville on Route 23 easterly through Hyrum to the Hardware
30 Ranch with a stub connection to the visitors' center and parking area.
31 (2) SR-102. From Route 83 east of Lampo Junction northeasterly through Penrose to
32 Thatcher; then easterly through Tremonton and Deweyville to Route 38.
33 (3) SR-103. From Route 126 in Clearfield easterly on 650 North Street in Clearfield to
34 the on and off access ramps on the east side of Route 15.
35 (4) SR-104. From Route 126 easterly on Wilson Lane, Twentieth Street, and
36 Twenty-first Street in Ogden to Route 204.
37 (5) SR-105. From Route 67 east on Parrish Lane in Centerville to Route 106.
38 (6) SR-106. From .21 miles west of Route 15 east on 400 North Street in Bountiful;
39 then northerly to Sheppard Lane in Farmington; then west on Sheppard Lane to Route 89.
40 (7) SR-107. From Route 110 west of West Point easterly on 300 North through West
41 Point to 3000 West.
42 (8) SR-108. From the I-15 north bound on- and off-ramps at the Hill Field South Gate
43 Interchange in Layton west to Syracuse; then north into Weber County; then northeasterly to
44 Route 126.
45 (9) SR-109. From Route 126 [
46 and Oak Hills Drive to East Side Drive east of Route 89.
47 (10) SR-110. From Route 127 west of Syracuse north to Route 37 west of Clinton.
48 Section 2. Section 72-4-119 is amended to read:
49 72-4-119. State highways -- SR-131 to SR-140.
50 State highways include:
51 (1) SR-131. From [
52 Rockwell Boulevard to Route 140.
53 (2) SR-132. From Route 6 in Lynndyl northeasterly through Leamington to Nephi;
54 then southeasterly through Fountain Green and Moroni to Route 89 at Pigeon Hollow Junction.
55 (3) SR-133. From Kanosh south city limits north through Meadow to Route 15 north
56 of Meadow.
57 (4) SR-134. From Route 37 at Kanesville northerly to Plain City; then easterly to
58 Route 235 in North Ogden.
59 (5) SR-135. From 2800 West in Lindon easterly via Pleasant Grove Boulevard to
60 Route 129 in Pleasant Grove.
61 (6) SR-136. From a junction with Route 50 and 125 east of Delta north to Route 6.
62 (7) SR-137. From Route 89 in Gunnison easterly to Mayfield; then northerly to Route
63 89.
64 (8) SR-138. From Route 80 at Stansbury Interchange southeasterly through Grantsville
65 to Route 179 in Tooele County.
66 (9) SR-139. From Route 6 northerly to Route 157 near Spring Glen.
67 (10) SR-140. From 800 West in Bluffdale easterly on 14600 South to the on and off
68 access ramps on the east side of Route 15.
