8     General Description:
9          This bill requires of the Division of Professional Licensing to provide certain Ŝ→ [model]

10     contracts.
11     Highlighted Provisions:
12          This bill:
13          ▸     requires that the Division of Professional Licensing provide one or more Ŝ→ [model]
13a     sample ←Ŝ
14     contracts for use in both new residential construction and residential remodels.

23     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24          Section 1. Section 58-55-107 is enacted to read:
25          58-55-107. Ŝ→ [Model] Sample ←Ŝ contracts for new construction and remodels.
26          The Division of Professional Licensing shall draft and make publicly available one or
27     more Ŝ→ [model] sample ←Ŝ contracts for use in new residential construction and residential
27a     remodels.
28          Section 2. Effective date.
29          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
