29 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
30 Section 1. Section 63I-1-273 is amended to read:
31 63I-1-273. Repeal dates: Title 73.
32 (1) Title 73, Chapter 27, Legislative Water Development Commission, is repealed
33 January 1, 2031.
34 (2) Title 73, Chapter 10g, Part 2, Agricultural Water Optimization, is repealed July 1,
35 2028.
36 (3) Section 73-18-3.5, which authorizes the Division of Outdoor Recreation to appoint
37 an advisory council that includes in the advisory council's duties advising on boating policies,
38 is repealed July 1, [
39 (4) In relation to Title 73, Chapter 31, Water Banking Act, on December 31, 2030:
40 (a) Subsection 73-1-4(2)(e)(xi) is repealed;
41 (b) Subsection 73-10-4(1)(h) is repealed; and
42 (c) Title 73, Chapter 31, Water Banking Act, is repealed.
43 (5) Sections 73-32-302 and 73-32-303, related to the Great Salt Lake Advisory
44 Council, are repealed July 1, 2027.
45 Section 2. Section 63I-1-279 is amended to read:
46 63I-1-279. Repeal dates: Title 79.
47 (1) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(p), related to the Heritage Trees Advisory Committee, is
48 repealed July 1, 2026.
49 (2) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(q), related to the Utah Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure
50 Advisory Committee, is repealed July 1, 2027.
51 (3) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(r)(i), related to an advisory council created by the Division
52 of Outdoor Recreation to advise on boating policies, is repealed July 1, [
53 (4) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(s), related to the Wildlife Board Nominating Committee, is
54 repealed July 1, 2028.
55 (5) Subsection 79-2-201(2)(t), related to regional advisory councils for the Wildlife
56 Board, is repealed July 1, 2028.
57 (6) Section 79-7-206, creating the Utah Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Advisory
58 Committee, is repealed July 1, 2027.
59 (7) Title 79, Chapter 8, Part 4, Outdoor Recreational Infrastructure Grant Program, is
60 repealed January 1, 2028.
61 Section 3. Effective date.
62 This bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
