7     LONG TITLE
8     General Description:
9          This bill amends the Transportation Code to designate the West Davis Corridor as a
10     state highway and other changes to highway designations.
11     Highlighted Provisions:
12          This bill:
13          ▸     adds the West Davis Corridor to the state highway inventory; and
14          ▸     amends the description of SR-154 in Draper.
15     Money Appropriated in this Bill:

24     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
25          Section 1. Section 72-4-121 is amended to read:

26          72-4-121. State highways -- SR-152 to SR-160.
27          State highways include:
28          (1) SR-152. From Route 71 at 4800 South Street southeasterly on Van Winkle
29     Expressway to the Route 215 Interchange near 6400 South Street.
30          (2) SR-153. From Route 160 in Beaver easterly by Puffer Lake to Route 89 in Junction
31     City.
32          (3) SR-154. From [Route 15 westerly near 13400 South] 150 East Street westerly on
33     Bangerter Highway to near 3200 West; then northerly to the westbound off ramp of Route 80
34     near the Salt Lake International Airport.
35          (4) SR-155. From Route 10 in Huntington northeasterly to Cleveland; then northerly
36     to Route 10 at Washboard Junction.
37          (5) SR-156. From Route 198 in Spanish Fork north on Main Street to Route 15.
38          (6) SR-157. From Route 6 in Helper easterly on Poplar Street to Main Street; then
39     southerly and northeasterly to Kenilworth.
40          (7) SR-158. From Eden Junction on Route 39 northerly to the parking lot of Powder
41     Mountain Ski Resort.
42          (8) SR-159. From Route 21 near Garrison north to Route 6 near the Utah-Nevada state
43     line.
44          (9) SR-160. From Route 15 south of Beaver northerly through Beaver to Route 15
45     north of Beaver.
46          Section 2. Section 72-4-123 is amended to read:
47          72-4-123. State highways -- SR-171 to SR-176, SR-178, SR-180.
48          State highways include:
49          (1) SR-171. From Route 111 at Eighty-fourth West Street and Thirty-fifth South Street
50     easterly on Thirty-fifth South Street and Thirty-third South Street to Route 215 at the east-side
51     belt route.
52          (2) SR-172. From 6200 South north on 5600 West to Route 80.
53          (3) SR-173. From Route 111 southeast of Magna easterly through Kearns and Murray
54     to Route 89 at 5300 South Street in Murray.
55          (4) SR-174. From Intermountain Power Plant main gate southeasterly to Route 6 south
56     of Lynndyl.

57          (5) SR-175. From Route 89 westerly on 11400 South to Route 154.
58          (6) SR-176. From Route 114 westerly on Vineyard Connector to Main Street in
59     Vineyard.
60          (7) SR-177. From the on-ramps of Route 15 and Route 67 in Farmington westerly and
61     northerly to Route 193 in West Point.
62          [(7)] (8) SR-178. From the southbound on and off ramps of Route 15 east on 800
63     South in Payson to Route 198.
64          [(8)] (9) SR-179. From Route 138 near Grantsville northerly via Midvalley Highway to
65     Route 80 in Tooele County.
66          [(9)] (10) SR-180. From Route 15 southeast of American Fork northerly on Fifth East
67     Street to Route 89 in American Fork.
68          Section 3. Effective date.
69          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
