8     General Description:
9          This bill establishes sunset provisions for certain boards and commissions.
10     Highlighted Provisions:

621          [(32)] (36) Subsection 63N-8-103(3)(c), which allows the Governor's Office of
622     Economic Opportunity to issue an amount of tax credit certificates only for rural productions,
623     is repealed on July 1, 2024.
624          Section 12. Effective date.
625          (1) Except as provided in Subsections (2) and (3), this bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
626          (2) The actions affecting the following sections take effect on July 1, 2024:
627          (a) Section 63I-1-226 (Effective 07/01/24); and
628          (b) Section 63I-1-253 (Eff 07/01/24) (Cont Sup 01/01/25).
629          (3) The actions affecting Section 63I-1-253 (Contingently Effective 01/01/25)
