8 General Description:
9 This bill amends provisions regarding the number of judges in each judicial district.
10 Highlighted Provisions:
11 This bill:
12 ▸ increases the number of district court judges in the Third Judicial District, Fourth
13 Judicial District, and Fifth Judicial District;
14 ▸ increases the number of juvenile court judges in the Third Judicial District and the
15 Fourth Judicial District; and
16 ▸ makes technical and conforming changes.

26 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
27 Section 1. Section 78A-1-103 is amended to read:
