8     General Description:
9          This bill provides legislation regarding state agency administrative rules.
10     Highlighted Provisions:
11          This bill:
12          ▸     reauthorizes all state agency administrative rules except for rules specifically listed
13     in this bill.

21     Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
22          Section 1. Rules reauthorization.
23          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for R277-328, Educational
24     Equity in Schools.
25          Section 2. Effective date.
26          This bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
